Media Relations:
We appreciate that it is the kind and frequency of reporting by the media that matters, finally. Having worked with journalists across publications, across beats, and over a number of years, we readily step into their shoes and know how to present information in a newsworthy manner. In fact, we are often regarded as a source of information by the media.
Counselling:
We all receive a lot of information everyday. A journalist more so. Over the years, we have counselled management teams on sharing of information with the media so that it gets well comprehended, and reported in the manner intended.
Preempting Negative Publicity: We have worked with organizations whose very nature of business evoked strong feelings, both of elation and hostility, among the publics, and among sundry pressure groups. We ensured a regular, precise flow of information to the media and ensured that journalists had the feeling of easy accessibility to information. Thus preempting any flare-ups.
Editorial Content Writing:
We employ the written word persuasively in communicating the key messages, so that the presentation is simple and forthright, and the busy journalists feel like reading it through, and appoving it in- toto.
Newsletters:
For a one-to-one dialogue with select target audiences we have designed and produced newsletters that has allowed for tailor-making of information flow between organizations and their key constituents, and established a personalized feedback mechanism.
We have produced newsletters in English and in vernacular languages, like Hindi and Marathi.
Events:
We conceptualize, execute and leverage events to enhance visibility for our clients. We use events as a way of strengthening brand positioning and for a more personal experience of the brand among key stakeholders, and as an opportunity to create news. Like the events which we have organized for the brand Fly, with cricketer Ishant Sharma and model Malaika Arora Khan, reinforcing the youthful and trendy image of the brand.
Tie-ups:
We have orchestrated tie-ups between clients and the media, and with institutions for the mutual benefit of all the parties. A win-win situation, it leads to increased usage trials of the product/service of all the parties to the tie-up. Like the tie-up which we instituted between TIME and CNN IBN, to provide content and analysis for CAT 2008 on the CNN IBN network.
Government Interface:
The government remains the largest consumer of goods and services. Having seen closely the decision-making process in the various Departments and Ministries, we are well-versed with identifying the issues of interest and concern to key influencers and policy-makers, and developing an effective outreach program. Organizations have used our insights to provide innovative products and services, helping the government provide amenities in a cost-effective manner.
